چکیده
Objective: To explore the effect of Bismuth Subgallate/Borneol (SuileTM BSB) healing dressing combined with autologous platelet-rich gel (APG) in treatment diabetic foot ulcer (DFU). Methods: A total 120 patients DFU hospitalized Changsha Central Hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group (BSB + APG, n = 60) a control (BSB, according random number table method. The therapeutic effect, time, hospital stay, level indexes various inflammatory factors before after area observed two groups. Results: was worse than that group, data between groups significant (P 0.05); treatment, levels including WBC, CRP, IL-6 TNF-α higher those there difference 14 days larger < 0.05). Conclusion: BSB APG can achieve better reduce reaction patients, promote wound ulcer.

Background. Autologous platelet-rich gel (APG) is an effective method to improve ulcer healing. However, the mechanisms are not clear. This study aimed to investigate the antibacterial effect of APG in vitro. Methods. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-poor plasma (PPP) and APG were prepared from whole blood of sixteen diabetic patients with dermal ulcers. Antibacterial effects against Staphy...
